Once a patient is enrolled in Plan Forward’s software, they will automatically receive an enrollment confirmation and welcome email from your practice.
Each month when a payment is processed, a confirmation email/receipt (or declined notification) will automatically be sent to the patient.
Renewal reminders are automatically sent 60 days prior to the renewal date. Unless the patient makes changes prior to the billing date, the system automatically processes the annual payment and renews the contract on the renewal date.
