Megan Lohman
From her beginnings as a Financial Coordinator in a practice in Indy, now our HQ, Meg lived the pain faced by uninsured patients. Knowing that membership was the solution for these patients, as well as for outstanding practice performance, she left to found Plan Forward, to manage the administrative burden of managing these plans and to show practices how impactful membership is.
Jane Levy
From Johannesburg, South Africa, Jane started her dental career at Henry Schein, in the Global Innovation Center. She spent a year building at Jarvis Analytics, until it was acquired by Henry Schein. After reconnecting with Megan in 2021 over lunch in NYC, she joined Plan Forward to help build it into the leading dental membership company
Brittany Kearney
From Chicago, Brittany kicked off her dental career as an Office Manager and quickly became obsessed with what really makes a practice tick (and thrive). After sharpening her expertise with powerhouse DSO’s like Smile Brands and Aspen Dental, Brittany brought her energy, insight, and results-driven mindset to Plan Forward where she now leads the charge as VP of Customer Success, helping practices grow and scale their membership programs with confidence and impact.
